VOLUNTEERS SKILLED FOR CHILDREN

WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES

The Rabbit School is currently seeking experienced and qualified people who feel they would be able to help us in the work that we do.

If you have a background in speech therapy, physical therapy, special needs education, or development, we would love to hear from you.

VOLUNTEER

So you want to volunteer?

We encourage you to use what you know and who you know to take action in your own community.

A few ideas to get started:

Connect

Connect. Like Rabbit School on Facebook and follow on Twitter and Instagram, Repost, reblog, retweet, regram. Join the mailing list, and learn about us, our network of passionate volunteers who are using what they know and who they know to raise awareness and funds for the Rabbit School in their communities.

Share

As William Wilberforce once said, “You may choose to look the other way, but you can never say again that you did not know.” Pass along articles, stories, posts, of The Rabbit School to friends and family.

Support

The Rabbit School has a number of ways for individuals, organisations, corporations, and gift-making entities to make a difference. Subscribe to our mailing list!

Join our team of volunteers. This can mean many things, such as:

  • running, biking, or walking for the Rabbit School

  • hosting a book club, bake sale, or dinner

  • organizing a campus or workplace presentation

You can do all of these and more — the possibilities are endless.

Use your workplace, school, or community as a springboard. You can ask for donations instead of birthday presents, sharing articles or stories online with your family and friends.

You can become a voice for these children and raise support and funds for this life-giving work.
